Shipping & Returns

I accept payment in Euro (EUR/€).
I am not responsible for fees that may apply when conversing currencies during the payment process via PayPal or Stripe.

Shipment origin


All items are packed in and shipped from Austria.

Customer Pickup

Customers from Vienna (Austria) can choose to pick up their order themselves instead of paying for shipping. Contact me so we can make an appointment.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to Europe, the US, Canada, South America, Australia and parts of Asia.
I don't ship to countries where I'm prohibited from shipping to because of shipping restrictions.
If you're unsure whether I can ship to your destination, feel free to contact me :)

An order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days. Customized items may take longer to be ready for shipping. Arrival times, however, may vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. I am neither responsible for delays, longer shipping times nor for fees that may apply during customs or the import process or similar.


I usually ship by post, which is a little pricier. If you wish your order to be shipped by a different service (e.g. DHL, dpd,...) contact me through the contact form or directly via email: [email protected] and I will try to meet your wishes and refund you the surplus of shipping costs, in case there is one.
In general, shipping costs depend strongly on the size and weight of the parcel, plus its destination.


I am not responsible for any additional costs that may arise (like taxes or customs) as this is out of my control. If you do not pay them, the parcel will usually be returned to me automatically. In this case, I will refund your order as soon as it returns, minus the original shipping costs.

Returns & Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations. But please contact me if there is a problem with your order, I'll be happy to help!
I also cannot accept returns on digital downloads or custom orders, unless there has been a mistake with a custom order or it got damaged upon arrival.

If you want to return an item, contact me within 14 days after you have received the order. I cannot accept returns after this time period. Once it returns back safely and in its original condition (I cannot return the costs if the item has already been used or damaged), I will issue you a refund on the order and the original shipping costs within 30 days, via the same payment method that you originally paid with. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there has been a mistake with the order on my side.

I do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return it and order something else instead.

To contact me about a return, please proceed like this:

1. Check the date! I can only accept returns if you request them within 14 days after the order's arrival.
2. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item(s)
- Email Address
- Bank Details/IBAN
Once I confirm your email, you can...
3. ...start packing: sustainably! Try to use the same packaging that the order arrived in and seal it as securely as possible to avoid damage during shipping. Please consider insuring the package or sending it with a tracking number. Someone else might be happier with the product, so we better handle it with care! :)
